Amazon Prime Day 2023 is here! I’ve compiled a list of some of the best Amazon Prime Day wine deals, including my personal favorite wine glassware, wine accessories, and hosting items that you can now save money on:
Champagne Bottle Preserver Lightning Deal – $17.49 (reg $23.75)
Champagne goes flat really fast. This particular style of preserver is my favorite, as it securely clamps on to the bottle with two prongs, and won’t go flying off if pressure builds within the bottle. It fits most Champagne bottles, and won’t fall loose the way the rabbit-eared clamps do.
Coravin Timeless 3+ – $127 (reg. $159)
Regularly retailing for $159, the Coravin 3+ is a steal at just $127. As a personal user of Coravin, I find that it does an excellent job of preserving wines for a short duration (i.e. up to a month). In particular, the screwcap works particularly well on white and rosé wines. It’s particularly useful if you want to enjoy an expensive bottle over a few days, without any changes to taste or oxidation. While the Coravin 6+ is also on sale at $197 (regularly $329), it is not clear exactly how its technology is better than the 3+, so I would save the $70, forgo the extra style finishes, and go for the 3+.
Coravin Capsules – $37 (reg. $43)
If you’re a regular Coravin user, now is the best time to stock up on Argon gas capsules. These are on sale for just $37 for a pack of 6.
Vacuvin – $17.58 (reg. $21.98)
For the purposes of preserving everyday wines for 2-3 days, you don’t need to use the Coravin system and its argon gas capsules. I have found the Vacuvin keeps still wines fresh, with little change in quality for the first 1-2 days. It’s easy to use and economical.
Other Great Household Staples
Breville Barista Express – $549 (reg. $699.95)
After just a few days with my Barista Express, I can’t drink any other espresso or coffee. This espresso machine is just. That. Good. Its burr grinder pulverizes coffee grounds to the finest possible powder, making for an extra-strong, rich espresso shot. The price tag might seem high, but trust me, I’ve saved at least that much from no longer needing to go to Starbucks or Peet’s.
All-Clad Stainless Steel Pans – $160 (reg. $229.99)
As a frequent cook, I’ve found All-Clad Stainless Steel Pans are worth their price tag. The heavy bottom sears meat evenly, and the high-quality steel washes clean easily. I do not have any trouble getting char marks off the pan.
Lodge Dutch Oven – $74.99 (reg. $168)
Yes, you can buy a Le Creuset for $300. But you can also just get a Lodge dutch oven for a fraction of the price, and it works just as well. I’ve made crusty bread loaves, Taiwanese beef stew, jambalaya, and plenty more in this trusty oven.
I’ll continue to update this list of Amazon Prime Day wine deals as I find more!
