Wine Review: New Lubanzi Canned Rosé Bubbles

Don’t let Lubanzi Wines‘ new Rosé Bubbles fool you — this unassuming canned wine has high ambitions. Each can gives 50% of profits back to its local community in Western Cape, South Africa. Lubanzi Wines is also Fair For Life Fair Trade Certified, Climate Neutral Certified, 1% For The Planet Member, and a Certified B Corporation™. Clearly, there’s much more to this wine than meets the eye.

With such a powerful mission, it’s hard for us not to be enthusiastic supporters of the Lubanzi cause. We’ve reviewed their entire line, including their Chenin Blanc and Red Blend launched back in 2019. Each wine is a wonderfully expressive example of both its varietals and the South African terroir.

We were excited to have the opportunity to review the newest NV Lubanzi Wines Rosé Bubbles. Rosé Bubbles offers light, crisp, approachable wine in a format that’s both portable and affordable. The slender 250 ml cans retail in packs of 4, at $20 each.
