The 2019 Epcot Food & Wine Festival is the longest in the park’s history, clocking in at 87 days. With so many food and beverage events, planning your itinerary can be overwhelming.  Here are our top five places to drink wine at the 2019 Epcot Food & Wine Festival that promise to be both enlightening and delicious.

Tokara Wines (Beverage Seminar)

Tokara is a rising star of South Africa’s Stellenbosch region. The winery excels at a wide range of varietals, from intense Cabernet Sauvignon to vibrant Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc blends. It’s hard to access the full range of Tokara wines, so this tasting saves you a (rather lengthy) trip to South Africa. Admission is $19 per guest.

Scallop & Wine / Shrimp & Wine (Food & Beverage Pairing)
Andrea Robinson, Master Sommelier & John Robinson, Culinary Expert

Hear from James Beard Award-winning author and Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson. Robinson will share her extensive wine knowledge, going in-depth on scallop and shrimp pairings with her husband, culinary expert John Robinson. Admission is $29 per guest.

Vegan & Wine (Food & Beverage Pairing) Michael Jordan, Master Sommelier, Siduri Winery and Brad Kilgore Alter, Kaido, Ember & Brava, Miami

Pairing wine with vegetables is no easy task. Michael Jordan, one of only fifteen people in the world certified as both a Master Sommelier and Wine Educator, will tackle this challenge alongside acclaimed restaurateur Brad Kilgore. Admission is $29 per guest.

Susana Balbo Winery

Susana Balbo is hailed by many as one of the best winemakers in Argentina. Balbo’s award-winning line is extensive, ranging from rich, complex Bordeaux-style blends to fresh whites. Her daughter, winemaker Ana Balbo, will lead the session. Admission is $19 per guest.

This is the most lavish, multisensory experience to be had at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. Guests will indulge in an opulent selection of epicurean delights from acclaimed chefs of restaurants including NYC’s Saxon & Parole and Morimoto Asia. Meanwhile, electric artists FEMMES OF ROCK uniquely set the scene. Tickets are $229 for the main dining area and $359 for private seating with exclusive bar service with artisanal cheeses.
