Former Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe’s penchant for wine is no secret. The actress has her own podcast, Off the Vine, where she chats with special guests over a glass of wine. Now, Bristowe is finally striking out and launching her own wine label, Spade & Sparrows.
According to Bristowe, Spade & Sparrow is a wine meant to celebrate not only nights out, but also nights in. It takes a lighthearted approach to wine, with tasting notes such as “what a coinkidink, hints of rose petal in my rosé?” and “is it hot in here, or is it just the cab?”. The wine is also priced affordably, at around $20 per bottle.
At launch, Spade & Sparrow offers a Cabernet Sauvignon, Rosé, and Sauvignon Blanc. There are no details about where the wine is from, or how it is produced. We’ll be sure to provide updates as more information is available. The presale, launched May 30, 2019, has already entirely sold out, but we can expect more by mid to late June.
