Game of Thrones and Aquaman star Jason Momoa is launching Dirtbag, a new wine with Nocking Point Wines. The actor broke the news on Instagram with a video of a series of bottles moving down a conveyor belt.
Via Nocking Point, Dirtbag is a bold, spicy Columbia Valley red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. The original label art was designed by Momoa himself. The artwork on the label is by Jason Momoa.
Dirtbag will be available to all members of Nocking Point Wines, a wine and gear club started by pro wrestler and Arrow star Stephen Amell. Amell originally met Momoa at Comic Con several years ago, and became fast friends. Said Momoa, “I’ve been buddies with Stephen for years now and I love supporting my friends whenever I can make it happen. I think many people know I love my wine and Guinness so when Nocking Point gave me the chance to select my own personal wine blend — a big, spicy, Bordeaux-style red — and put a piece of artwork I created on the label I was in. I’m stoked for Nocking Point’s wine club members to get their hands on this one and I can’t wait to get a ton of it dropped off at my house too.”
Membership is $105 per quarter and includes three bottles of wine, gear, and coffee. Dirtbag is the fifth actor-wine collaboration from Nocking Point. Past collaborations include “the most handsome cab in the world with Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes-Latham and Jared Padalecki of Gilmore Girls.
